What’s included?

  • 1 virtual kick-off session on Monday, 3/24 @9am (recording available)

  • 8 in-person small group training sessions @Bodyworks (1 hr each)

  • 2 months of Motion Studio on-demand video library membership

  • weekly workout plan to complete at your own pace and schedule

  • private GroupMe community for accountability & support

  • unlimited coaching support from Melissa

  • a brand new group of amazing mamas to add to your village!

Who’s it for?

  • women at any stage of motherhood

  • must be at least 6 weeks postpartum with exercise clearance from your health care provider

  • if pregnant, must be no more than 24 weeks at start of the program and have clearance from your health care provider to participate

What will I be doing?

  • each in-person session will include core & pelvic floor work, functional strength training, mobility & flexibility, as well as mindfulness & stress relief techniques

  • your in-person work will be complimented by carefully planned out "homework" to maximize the impact of your 8 weeks

  • bring a yoga mat, weights, & a water bottle to class

  • babies are welcome to attend with mama

  • If paying weekly (must commit to all 8 weeks): $60/week

  • If paying in full upon sign-up: $399 (< $50/week)
