A message for you

This is my story.

As a certified personal trainer, health coach, and yoga, barre, Pilates, & meditation teacher in the fitness industry for over ten years, I have learned A LOT.

Through my own journey with body image, disordered eating, & over-exercise — as well as working with hundreds of other women — I discovered intuitive movement as the antidote to years of suffering and punishment under the influence of toxic diet & fitness culture.

Once I started listening to my body, rejecting weight loss mentality, & ditching toxic fitness ideals, I finally felt healthy, happy, & at peace with my body and movement.

And, my clients did too!

Motion Melissa was founded to help women make peace with their bodies and rediscover the joy in movement again!

At Motion Melissa, we use virtual personal training, mindset coaching, and on-demand content to guide you on your intuitive movement journey.

You’ll learn how to tap into your intuition and ditch diet culture to make peace with your body and enjoy movement again!

In 2018, I created Motion Studio to be your virtual intuitive movement studio — a safe space, judgment-free zone, where you can tap into what your body truly needs anytime, anywhere.
