I offer restorative, vinyasa, power, and sculpt yoga; Pilates mat, contemporary Pilates reformer, barre, barre cardio, and barre fusion for individuals, small groups, special events, and corporate wellness programs in Philadelphia. 
Add stillness to your Motion Session by tacking on a 15-minute, relaxation and meditation closing (book Meditation Tack-On), or schedule a separate 30-minute meditation guidance session any time (book Meditation Guidance). No experience necessary. Remember, anyone can meditate!
